Travel at night to St.Catherine at the foot of Mount Sinai. Climb the mountain in darkness to take in the stunning sunrise from the mountaintop before descending again to visit one of the oldest Christian monasteries in the world.

Magic Carpet Egypt representative will pick you up from your hotel in Dahab by a private air-conditioned modern vehicle at 11:30 p.m. Then drive to St.Catherine. It takes 1:30 hours to drive from Dahab. Upon arrival, you will start climbing Moses's Mountain which begins at 2:00 a.m and comes down at 7:00 a.m.
Then proceed to visit St. Catherine Monastery which is considered one of the most famous monasteries in the world it was dedicated to one of Alexander's rulers, Saint Catherine who was tortured to death for the sake of her new faith. Finally, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Dahab.

1- Regarding the entrance fees the payment should be done in Cash in EGP they don`t accept credit cards or to pay with any other currency.
2- Children 6-12 Years get a discount of 50%
3- If you have an international student card (ISIC), you will get a discount of 50%.
4- You can include the entrance tickets when you make the reservation and we will buy the tickets for you in advance, so you can skip the line with no extra fee.
1- Tipping is standard practice in Egypt. If you’re happy with services provided by Tour Guides, Drivers, Waiters, and other workers, it`s a way of saying thank you for all types of services. It is definitely NOT obligatory but it is absolutely expected everywhere you go, Tipping can be in Dollars, Euro, or Egyptian notes but not coins as foreign coins cannot be exchanged or used to buy anything.
2- We believe these to be some fairly sensible tipping guidelines:
• Driver full day approx. 50 - 75 LE
• Guide full day approx. 100-120 LE
• Waiter approx. 10 LE
